Good evening.

Earlier today we sent two notifications regarding the status of school due to flooding. After those notifications were sent, we learned that some people did not receive calls or text messages. We checked the information for people who we were aware of, and the data showed calls and texts were processed correctly even though we knew they were not received. We are working on this problem.

In the meantime, please check your Infinite Campus information and be certain that it is up to date and correct. If you did not receive a call please go to the bottom left side of our district website page https://www.alexanderschools.org/ and click SUPPORT. Put your information in that box and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience.
