Class of 2028 Christmas Ornament Sale
The class of 2028 is having a Christmas Ornament sale. Ornaments are $8 each or 2 for $15. See the attached flyer for designs. Ornaments may be purchased from any CCHS Junior student or you may contact Mrs. Macy Arms or Mrs. Lorie Musk for details. Orders are due before December 1st.

Pumpkin Walk
The annual pumpkin walk will be held on October 20th at the Early Childhood Center from 4:30 until 6:39 p.m. Students will be given a goodie bag and activity card before entering the outdoor activity trail where they will receive goodies, visit vendors, and participate in activities.
Students can complete the activity card to be entered into a drawing for prizes.
6:00 p.m. Preschool Pumpkin Lighting
6:30 Barry Mitchell's "Shell-O-Ween Tricks, Treats, & a Chicken Beak" Magic Comedy Show in the Learning Center Auditorium.
This event is sponsored by the Clinton County Cooperative Extension Service, Clinton County Public Library, and a number of other community agencies and businesses.

ECC participated in a Safety Assessment through the Kentucky Center for School Safety. Keeping our students and staff safe is our number one priority at ECC. Beginning October 12th, to gain entry into the vestibule and front entrance of ECC, you will be asked state your purpose for visiting. Once inside the vestibule, all guests will be asked to show their ID. Please make sure you have a form of ID with you. We appreciate your grace and cooperation as we continue to keep our staff and students safe.

Beginning October 12th, Preschool Parents can drive around to the back entrance of ECC and drop off their children at Morning Drop Off (7:20 - 7:50) and Mid Day Drop Off (11:50). We have several PreK parents who have Kindergarten and Preschool Students, so this will be more efficient during morning drop-off. This will also help our PreK students get ready for Kindergarten. Thank you.

We had an amazing week at ECC! Today students and staff were celebrated for being Safe, Respectful, and Responsible the First Nine Weeks. We gave out Awards for Character Word of the Month: Responsible, Perfect Attendance, Good Behavior with No Office Referrals, and Doing their Best in Class in Reading and Math.

The whole school enjoyed an ice cream treat for winning Regional Small Elementary School Attendance on High Attendance Day. Thank you to Ms. Julie York for organizing this sweet treat.

This week, students enjoyed a visit from our local 4-H team and Extension Office. They learned about the importance of honey bees. šŸ
