A Title IX investigation is underway!
UAlbany Under Title IX Investigation The complaint alleges the school only allocates 42 percent of its athletic opportunities to women, while enrollment at the school is 49 percent female. The claim also takes issue with the fact that the school has not added a women's sports team in more than 20 years.
