Hello Everyone 🙂

I would like to announce that I am currently offering supervision services under the supervision of a senior BCBA and would like to extend my services to you all!

To give you a little more background information about myself, I obtained my Master of Arts in Applied Psychology with a concentration in Developmental Psychology. I went on to complete my verified course sequence in November 2011. In May of 2022, I took the BCBA exam and passed on my first attempt.

I’ve held several Lead RBT positions and training positions. I was previously employed as a Program Coordinator and Pre-K Site Coordinator and assisted in managing a staff of over 40 employees. Since those endeavors, I have started my own business, Enlighten Behavioral Services. I offer RBT competency assessment and exam prep, BCBA exam prep, tutoring, and mentorship services. I currently work as a Clinical Supervisor at Puzzling Patterns.

Although I am a new BCBA, I have been in the field since 2017. I not only love what I do but I have a sincere passion for the practice and implementation of ethical ABA. I believe in making mistakes, admitting when I’m wrong, and learning from those mistakes. I can only attribute the knowledge that I have amassed thus far to my “student mindset”, in which, I can only lead if I am able to learn and follow. And, I truly believe we all have something to contribute!
