Today, the faculty and staff of Robert A. Cross Middle Magnet School continued our Leader in Me journey through meaningful professional learning.

This session equipped our teachers with practical strategies to intentionally develop leadership, responsibility, and strong character in every classroom.

The impact goes beyond today’s training, it will help create engaging learning environments where students are empowered to lead, collaborate, and achieve at high levels.

It was a meaningful time to learn, collaborate, reconnect, and re-energize as we prepare for an outstanding 2026-2027 school year.
