Look at all those smiling faces arriving for our last day of school on Friday! We are going to miss these bright smiles so much over the break. Have a safe, fun, and wonderful summer, everyone!

We are so proud of our amazing New Scotland fifth graders! Today, we got to celebrate all of their hard work and accomplishments with their loved ones. To wrap up the day, the entire school lined up outside to cheer them on for their official fifth-grade walkout. Congratulations, everyone!

From brilliant research to creative experiments, our New Scotland students truly shined at this year's Science Expo! Families and students had a blast checking out the projects, enjoying some ice cream, and shopping at the Scholastic Book Fair.

Health and Wellness Day was in full effect at New Scotland Elementary School! We kicked off the morning with a school-wide parade around the neighborhood, led by the Albany PD and their awesome horse patrol.

Once back at school, students participated in a full itinerary of athletic activities, including football, track, soccer, and volleyball. We were also thrilled to welcome a few of our own Albany High Falcons, who helped lead tennis sessions. The successful day concluded with an energetic, school-wide Zumba class.

Our students and families enjoyed walking and rolling to school today using bikes, scooters, and their own two feet! We took a moment to recognize our amazing crossing guards and our friends at the Albany PD for ensuring our students make it to school safely every single day. Thank you for all you do!
