I have the pleasure of working with an incredibly talented and great group of people!

We had a fun class tonight! We did Kajukenbo knife defense, threw in some Gracie knife defense, and a little Krav Maga knife defense.

These will be going up in the gym. Thank you Coach Ricarlo, These look great!
