There was a time, 7 years ago, that i didn’t know how i would go on without you..

The person that shaped me into who i am… stubborn, fiery, loud, passionate, driven, a fighter…

Think about you more than you know. Need you when I’m having a bad day and i need you when I’m having a great day. Miss you and swear i see you all the time, showing signs that you’re with us. Imagining how much you’d love cooper and Casey and how much you’d spoil them. Always there for our family no matter when or where. We know you’re still with us… but you’re so missed mom.

The family is doing well, the gym is great, me and Craig are probably closer than we’ve ever been and we’re all okay. We love you ma. 7 years later. 9.16.19.

Shoutout my girl Bailee Lange, starting her senior year at Springfield College. Bailee holds a 3.8 gpa through college and in PA school. Over the summer, B stayed consistently in the gym with bball workouts, lifts and track workouts all while interning at Albany Med as an anesthesia tech.

I’ve worked with B the last 3 summers but this one by far was her best. Worked her ass off, listened and translated it to the court and her training. I am so proud of your growth and can’t wait to see what you can do this year.

Shoutout my dude Tom Novotny. Tom was a new addition to the Jaci O family. Great kid with a great work ethic! Tom is originally from Voorheesville, graduated last year averaging 16ppg, 5asts and 4rebs all while keeping a 3.5gpa in the classroom.

Tom is a silky smooth shooter who can create for himself or knock it down off the catch. While at Voorheesville, he was awarded All-Colonial Council 3 times!

This year, Tom is going post grad at Canterbury School where he’ll be playing for Coach Fruscio. Excited to see the work pay off! Good luck this season!
