This morning was one of those bittersweet moments that reminds me why I love what I do. Watching our students walk across the stage at Albany State University graduation filled me with so much pride.

I’ve watched many of these students grow—not just as scholars, but as storytellers, leaders, creators, and young professionals finding their voices. Seeing them reach this milestone is emotional in the best way.

Part of being an educator is knowing the goal was always for them to spread their wings… but that doesn’t make it any easier to watch them go.

So proud of every graduate this morning, and so grateful to have been a small part of their journey. The future is brighter because of you. 💙💛 ProfessorLife
