What an incredible first Women’s Self-Defense class! ❤️🖤

A huge THANK YOU to every brave baddie who showed up, stepped onto the mats, and were willing to learn something new.

It takes courage to step outside your comfort zone—and every one of you took that step tonight. 🔥🔥🔥

Tonight was about more than learning techniques. It was about awareness, confidence, preparation, and knowing what to do when it matters most.

We’re looking for confident, energetic ring girls to join our team for the up coming Fights at Adams State May 9th.

Must have a great personality, lots of enthusiasm, and the ability to bring high-energy presence to our hometown fight night.

✅Professional attitude, punctuality, and comfort performing in front of a live crowd and cameras are required.

Requirements:
Ages 18+ (valid ID required)
Confident, outgoing, and camera-ready
Comfortable in event environment and live crowds
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Previous experience a plus but not required
