Italy!!! Most of us went to Florence and Pisa. It was a very long day of walking but it was well worth it!
Last day in France. Some of us went to Monte Carlo. Some of us toured Nice, Eze and Monaco. Saw the church where Grace Kelly married the prince. We saw the palace of Monaco and watched the royal guard. Everything here is spectacular!
Saw the French city of Marseilles today. It is a capital city of France, the 2nd largest city in France and 5th largest city in Europe.
Another beautiful day in France. Some of us visited Antibes where we saw amazing views of the Mediterranean, visited the Pablo Picasso museum and ate all kinds of local specialties. Came back and walked to the top of the city of Cannes. Saw a yacht worth $600 million. The weather was awesome!!! Visited a market and an absinthe bar. Absolutely beautiful!!!
Day 1 in Sete, France. Some of us went to see the medieval castle of Carcasonne. We also stopped at a benedictine abbey. Beautiful architecture!
On the ship!
2nd day in Barcelona was wonderfully warm. On the way to the ship we stopped at two fantastic sites. The first was Goudi's park. (famous artist/architect) Our second stop was a beautiful concert hall.
About 15 of us went down to the beach front to a restaurant called La Fonda. We enjoyed local culture and quisine. Then we went and dipped our toes in the Mediterranean.
We made it! Had a great afternoon seeing beautiful Barcelona...
