[Jade is] very upfront. They're just really honest. They're real people, which I appreciate.”

Every provider Maddy had before started fast and got slower. Then came the call about upgrading. She doesn’t have to worry about that anymore.

“I met a Jade representative at a block party in Alamosa. He gave me his card and I called. The next day a tech came out, looked at the space, and he was like, 'Oh, I can set this up for you right now.' And it was so fast and easy, and also found out that he's an artist too.

The Church Project is 8,200 square feet with an additional 2,200 square feet of grounds. I was a little nervous about how expensive it might be, or how many routers I might need. The whole property is just two routers, and we have the same speed.”

“A couple years ago there was a minor thunderstorm. The power went out completely, then kicked back on, but the internet was completely shut off. We couldn't run credit cards. It was cash only, and the back wasn't getting tickets. We ended up that day actually shutting down after a few hours.
We couldn't even open our drawer. When the internet goes out, you can't even open the drawer, because it all runs off internet. I was underneath the cash register trying to get it with a knife. It was a mess.

Now, since switching to Jade, we have thunderstorms all the time, but nothing's happened. You have a power outage for one second, it comes back on, internet's good to go.

It's never been an issue since we've had it."

“It's not only important for us that Jade is a local internet service provider because they're responsive, because they're friendly, because they know us. It's important because when we keep our dollars local, it supports our belief that we're all better when we're all better."

150 kids a day across eight sites. 3D printers, music production, homework stations, and the administrative network running alongside all of it. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the San Luis Valley does the hard part. Thanks for letting us do this part.
