A big congratulations to School of Education alumnus, Emma Deherrera, for being selected as one of the semifinalists for Colorado Teacher of the Year! Emma completed our program in 2022 as an outstanding Teacher of Record candidate and was also selected by our faculty for recognition in Colorado's Future Educator Honor Roll. We are so proud of the work that Emma continues to do through her work in Monte Vista School District!
