Leadership Otero is back!

After concluding in 2020, we are thrilled to partner with the Sacramento Mountains Foundation to officially revive this vital community program. Today, we are proud to introduce the Leadership Otero Class Cohort of 2026–2027!

This cohort brings together dedicated leaders representing healthcare, local government, education, military, banking, and community services from across Otero County:

Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Mexico is launching a brand-new Alamogordo tradition this fall:

The Big Fall Toss, a two-person co****le tournament fundraiser benefiting local youth mentoring in Otero County. It's our first year, and we're inviting local businesses to help us establish it right from the start.

The Big Fall Toss takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026 | 12:00–4:00 PM Alamogordo Recreation Center, 1100 Oregon Avenue
Sponsorships start at $500 and include team entries, logo placement on event materials and t-shirts, and social media recognition, full tier details are in the attached flyer. To guarantee your logo makes it onto shirts and printed materials, we need commitments by October 23, 2026.
