Our 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 feature this week is 𝐑𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐥 𝐋. 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐧.

A lifelong resident of Alamogordo, Randy has dedicated his life to building both businesses and a stronger community. As a business owner, developer, rancher, and principal in C&R Ventures and The Heritage Group, he has helped shape the growth of Alamogordo through projects including the Mesa Village and Cielo Vista Ranch subdivisions, as well as Mesa Verde Ranch. Alongside his brothers, he also co-founded Mesa Verde Enterprises and AggTec Materials.

Randy’s commitment to Southern New Mexico extends well beyond business. Throughout the years, he has served on numerous local boards and advisory organizations, including Southwest Heritage Bank, the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce, Otero County Electric Cooperative, the Otero County Fair Association, the Otero County Economic Development Council, and the Honorary Commander Program at Holloman Air Force Base. His leadership has helped strengthen partnerships between businesses, local government, and the community.

We did some improvement work on our parking area. 16 tons of gravel made it much better. Thank you to Brothers Gary Estep for use of his pickup and dump trailer, Lennie Hockman for wrangling the rig and Shem Peachey for managing the trailer and doing some grading.

Our local Honor Flight veterans group (Yellow Jackets) used our Lodge this morning to rally for the parade. First they had to sit at to coffee table and share some stories. Then they were off!

We were represented at Lincoln Lodge this year by Senior Deacon Noah Chadwick Griego and Senior Steward Sean Lofland! Great times with brothers celebrating the history of freemasonry in the Land of Enchantment!

This is the Masonic emblem that is part of the signage on the front of our building. We have no record of why this particular emblem was selected when the building was constructed in 1963. IYKYK

It was great to be in Las Cruces. Ten brothers from Sacramento Lodge No 24 AF&AM and Tularosa were there.

Great night at Aztec!! Initiated a new Brother into the Craft. Was very fortunate to have 2 Past Grand Masters, DDGMs, a DDGL and Brothers from Sacramento Lodge 24, Tularosa Lodge 49, and Dona Ana Daylight Lodge 78 assisting us in welcoming to Masonry Brother Apperson!!
