A lifelong resident of Alamogordo, Randy has dedicated his life to building both businesses and a stronger community. As a business owner, developer, rancher, and principal in C&R Ventures and The Heritage Group, he has helped shape the growth of Alamogordo through projects including the Mesa Village and Cielo Vista Ranch subdivisions, as well as Mesa Verde Ranch. Alongside his brothers, he also co-founded Mesa Verde Enterprises and AggTec Materials.

Randyโ€™s commitment to Southern New Mexico extends well beyond business. Throughout the years, he has served on numerous local boards and advisory organizations, including Southwest Heritage Bank, the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce, Otero County Electric Cooperative, the Otero County Fair Association, the Otero County Economic Development Council, and the Honorary Commander Program at Holloman Air Force Base. His leadership has helped strengthen partnerships between businesses, local government, and the community.
