ECA High school supplies list:
2026-2027
High School (9-12): 4 pocket folders
5 blue or black pens (no gel colors)
12 # 2 pencils or .7 HB mechanical pencils
1 package 12 ct. colored pencils
1 pencil sharpener
2 erasers
1 scissors
2 rolls scotch tape
1 earbuds or headphones
* Other supplies/textbooks may be required for Dual Credit classes at NMSU-A

Required Supplies for computer class :
(Computer will provided by school with Visual Basic and Microsoft Excel )
Student will need:
USB flash drive (16–32 GB minimum)
Spiral notebook or composition notebook dedicated to class notes
1-inch three-ring binder
Loose-leaf notebook paper
Dividers for organizing handouts
Pens (blue or black)
Pencils
Highlighters (2–3 colors)

Recommended Supplies:
Wireless mouse (highly recommended for Excel work)
Headphones or earbuds (for instructional videos and tutorials)
Small notebook for recording passwords and login information
Sticky notes or page flags
Graph paper (helpful for database design and flowcharts)
Software/Technology Requirements
Students will be learning:
Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas and functions)
Excel Macros
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
Microsoft Access (if available)
SQL (Structured Query Language)
Cloud storage (OneDrive or Google Drive) for backing up assignments
Classroom Expectations

Students should:
Bring their laptop fully charged each day. (School provided)
Save all work in at least two locations (computer and cloud/USB drive).
Organize digital files in clearly labeled folders.
Follow all school technology policies and practice responsible digital citizenship.

This list will ensure students are prepared to complete projects involving spreadsheets, database management, programming, and business applications successfully. This is appropriate for our high school business and or computer technology courses.

We are on the last three days of our seven week Summer Program 2026 and we are ending with lots of laughs and enjoying the provisions of our Lord and savior .. Thank you Calvary Chapel for providing our little school with an amazing place to gather together..
