National 4-H Week in Wheeler County has been so much fun! We started the week with a community service project being rained out, but we didnt let it get us down. We had a DPA workshop, Chalk the Walk, and an awesome Parking Lot Party. Serving 30+ kids everyday was truly a treat.
We couldnt have done it without our volunteers, Brandi Sue Walker and Brock Walker and parent Arica Screws.
Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. We love Georgia 4-H!!

Today is our Wheeler County 4-H parking lot party! 30+ students decorated the sidewalk and parking lot for us yesterday, so its ready for some fun today! Come hang out as we grill, have snacks, play games, and just hang out with the coolest people---> 4-H'ers!!

We hope to see yall from afterschool until 4:45!

Wheeler County 4-H'er, Jack Nelson, is making a big difference with his servant heart. He has began his Thanksgiving Meal kit project last year and is excited to take the event to greater heights this year. Serving families in Wheeler amd Telfair Counties.

With all yalls help, last year Jack fed approximately 150 families, and he would like to ask your help again! He’s collecting early this year in hopes to be able to do more! Please tag your friends and share so his reach will increase!

Please consider donating to this project, whether monetarily or with food donations. Donations can be dropped off at the Wheeler County 4-H Office or larger donations can be picked up.

Today was a BIG DAY for Wheeler Co High School 4-H'ers!!
We had DPA Declaration Day where students declared their DPA project. This Declaration means that they are giving time and dedication towards public speaking through project work, sharing and helping, and community service within a topic of their choosing.
Here at Wheeler County 4-H we are excited to see the fruits of their work and assist them in any way we can!

Each $35 produce box may include a seasonal assortment of fresh vegetables such as:
• Bell peppers
• Cucumbers
• Green beans
• Cabbage
• Corn
• Zucchini
• Yellow squash
• Jalapeños
• Other fresh vegetables based on seasonal availability
The contents of each box may vary depending on seasonal availability. The product card will feature an image illustrating a typical produce box. The image is representative and does not guarantee that every pictured vegetable will be included.
