For beginner songwriters, grades 6-12
Tuesdays, 4:00–6:00 PM

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱
For experienced songwriters, grades 6-12
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00–6:00 PM

For girls and gender-expansive creators, grades 6-12
Wednesdays, 3:30–5:30 PM

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆
For students in grades 6-12 with at least 1 year of cello experience
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:15–7:15 PM

𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆
For students in grades 6-12 with 2 or more years of cello experience
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:15–8:15 PM

𝗕𝗔𝗠𝗣 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲
For classical string musicians in grades 5-12 with at least 1 year of experience
Sundays, 2:00–4:00 PM

We’re excited to announce that Bay Area Music Project has been selected to receive funding through Summer Now! Granting Initiative!

𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝘄! is a national granting and learning initiative designed to expand access to high-quality summer music learning opportunities for young musicians across the El Sistema USA network. The initiative helps organizations strengthen existing summer programs while launching new opportunities that create meaningful learning experiences for young people.

This support will help us expand joyful, high-quality summer music experiences rooted in community partnership, centered on students and families, and guided by artistic excellence.

We're honored to be part of this initiative and grateful to El Sistema USA for investing in young musicians and the communities they call home.

Are you looking to get feedback on your songs or just want to get more comfortable sharing what you’re working on? Join us on June 24th from 7-9 pm to start prioritizing sharing your music in a supportive group setting!

You can play a recording or perform it live! Don't have a song to share, or want to bring a friend who doesn't? No problem! The more the merrier, and having an audience is part of the idea:)
