One step closer to opening our doors.

The Library continues to come together. This week, the new cubbies found their place, the vinyl flooring was installed, and the space is beginning to feel like the welcoming learning environment we imagined from the very beginning.

Every detail has been chosen with children in mind, from giving each child a place to call their own to creating a space that feels calm, comfortable, and ready for exploration. We can already picture backpacks tucked away, books being discovered, projects taking shape, and conversations that spark new ideas.

We're excited to welcome our Village families soon.

A new chapter begins.

Looking at these before-and-after photos, we're reminded that every meaningful place starts with a little imagination and a lot of care.

What was once a very different space has been thoughtfully transformed into The Library, a warm, welcoming place where children can wonder, create, learn, and build lasting friendships.

We're incredibly proud to bring new life to this space, and even more excited for the memories that will be made here. We can't wait to fill these walls with stories, laughter, curious questions, and the everyday moments that make childhood so special.

Our second Thrill Builders: Roller Coaster Engineering camp of the summer has come to an end.

For another week, young engineers designed, tested, and refined their roller coasters—discovering how gravity, momentum, and friction shape every ride. Some designs worked the first time. Most didn't. That's where the real learning happened: making observations, adjusting ideas, and trying again.

Every marble that made it through a loop was the result of curiosity, persistence, and thoughtful problem-solving. It was another wonderful week of engineering at The Village.

Our StoryMakers Camp wrapped up last week, and we're now hard at work preparing Stories from the Village, Volume 2 for print.

The stories you'll read are entirely the work of our young authors. We simply provided the encouragement, guidance, and space for their ideas to grow. Their imagination, creativity, and unique voices filled every page with charming stories and illustrations that we're incredibly proud to share.

Give us another 3–4 weeks to complete the typesetting and printing. We can't wait for these young authors to hold their published anthology in their hands.

How big is my world? How does nature use math? How do we know what's true?

Every month at Quantum Quest begins with one big question, and children spend the weeks that follow exploring it through science experiments, engineering challenges, cooking, art, maps, and conversations about the world around them. Along the way, they'll run a restaurant for their families, curate a museum of life-size sidewalk dinosaurs, create cyanotype prints, and design bridges that hold real weight.

Math provides the foundation, taught in small grade-level groups that complement what children are learning at school. Monthly field trips extend each question beyond the classroom, and every child keeps a Quantum Quest journal, a record of the questions they asked, the ideas they tested, and how their thinking grew throughout the year.

Enrollment for the 2026–2027 school year is now open.

Every space tells a story, and we're excited to begin writing the next chapter.

Over the past few weeks, we've been transforming The Library, our new location, into a warm, inspiring place where children can learn, create, read, and simply enjoy being together.

One of our favorite projects has been building custom cubbies from beautifully repurposed wooden pedestals. Inspired by mid-century design and traditional Japanese tansu furniture, each piece is being thoughtfully reimagined into something both practical and beautiful.

Whenever we can, we choose to reuse locally sourced materials. It's better for the environment, gives remarkable craftsmanship a second life, and helps create a space filled with unique details and character.

Every wall we paint, every shelf we build, and every corner we design is done with one goal in mind: creating an environment where children feel curious, comfortable, and excited to explore.

There's still plenty to do, but we can't wait to welcome Village families into The Library very soon. 📚✨
