Biotech Club: Our next meeting is Tuesday, October 18th at 3:30 PM. We are gearing up for our Biotechnology Open House. During the meeting we will be building the frame that is to completed during the open house. We are also working on providing pizza for the meeting and all meetings to follow. IT IS OF THE HIGHEST IMPORTANCE THAT YOU ATTEND. We have seen almost zero attendance for our first two meetings of the semester, and if this continues, we will forfeit all of our funds from Student Life. We have a ton of cool things planned for everyone, but if you do not attend, it will disappear forever. YOU NEED TO RSVP TO THE TEAM MEETING IN eCONNECT SO WE KNOW HOW MUCH PIZZA TO BUY.
For anyone intersted, the ICBR is hosting a Nanostring seminar on Thursday, September 29th at noon. Details of the event and the form to RSVP is listed at: http://www.biotech.ufl.edu/event/nanostring-seminar/
NOTE: If you are considering attending this event, YOU MUST RSVP. If you show up at the event without doing so, it will upset the ICBR staff, and we do not want to damage our relationship with them. TIA
