Congratulations to RJ Parrish of North Country Electrical Line and Heavy Equipment School, winner of the Safety Excellence category in the 2026 NCCER Photo Contest!

Finding capable foremen is a challenge. Developing them is a commitment.

NCCER's next Facilitated Construction Foreman Certification Program session begins August 12. Current and aspiring foremen will be provided with a structured development experience that combines online coursework with live discussions led by an NCCER Master Trainer.
