Bored on a Saturday afternoon? Looking for something to do with your friends?
Our PUBLIC Women's Self Defense Class is NEXT SATURDAY, August 29th!

This hour-long class will begin at 12:15pm and is open to women ages 11 and up, regardless of experience or physical ability.
Taught by our world-class instructors, Mrs. Knezek and Mr. Spates, this class will focus on situational awareness, practical self-defense, and tips and tricks to increase personal safety.
There is a $10 fee per person. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle - we'll handle everything else!

The class will take place at 136 Market Center Drive, Alabaster. RSVP to [email protected] or 205-624-4418.

Looking for something fun and educational to do on a Saturday afternoon? Want a post-brunch girls' day out activity? Come take a Women's Self-Defense Class with us!
Our PUBLIC Women's Self-Defense Class will be Saturday, August 29th at 12:15pm! Women ages 11 and up are welcome to attend, no prior experience needed.
Our world-class instructors, Mrs. Crystal Knezek and Mr. Parrish Spates, will lead participants through the basics of self-defense, inlcuding situational awareness, simple escape manuvers, and other tips and tricks of self-defense.
There will be a $10 fee for each participant. Participants will need to wear atheltic clothing and bring a water bottle. We'll take care of everything else!
