Therese McBride Professional Organizing

Therese McBride Professional Organizing A place for everything . . . Organizing is not just about - or even mostly about - changing your physical space. I love organizing.

Creating order in your space is really a process of creating order in your mind and in your heart to find mental and emotional clarity and to be your most productive, most present, most joyful self. If I didn't have to work, I would still want to be an organizer. I am also a teacher, parent, and spouse, and I believe there are two kinds of mess. Messes of indecision and neglect drain us of joy and

energy, while messes of purpose and action invigorate and inspire us. My role is not to tell you that your space should always be tidy. I am here to help you conquer the messes that drain you once and for all, so that you can embrace the messes that invigorate you. My philosophy of tidiness is something along the lines of, “A place for everything, even when everything is not in its place.” This means that each item in your home has a resting place that makes sense for how and where you use it. This way, even when things get messy, tidying up is simple. Once my work is done, and everything has a place to return to, tidying up messes will be easy, and you will find joy in your space . . . even when everything is not in its place.
