We love it when our couples share photos of their special day that we can share with all of you. That is a real 45RPM record I am holding up of "Kenny Rogers- Through The Years", the song I normally use for our anniversary dance at weddings. Back in the late 1980's and early 1990's, I really did play records in my early years as a DJ. Now it's all MP3's on laptops. Our company was started in 1988, but our roots go back to the early 1950's and to another part of the world, the city of Casablanca, Morocco, in North Africa. This is the original RCA Victrola wind-up record player my father would take to weddings and parties along with his accordion and harmonica. He would entertain for a few Francs (the French Currency was used there at that time), a meal, and perhaps some wine. Although technology has greatly changed how we play music, the lively spirit of entertaining at special events will always remain up front. We honor this legacy in all that we do at LV Sound.

This is the time of year when a lot of couples are planning their weddings. We have been in business since 1988 and are now in our 3rd generation of family ownership and operation. We would love to be a part of your special day!

We are selling our passive speaker and power amp inventory, as we have upgraded our sound systems in recent years. This equipment has been well taken of and is priced to sell. Ideally, as this is older equipment and weighs more than today's technology, a new ideal home for it might be a bar, band rehearsal space, or church setting. Inventory for sale includes (4) Peavey SP2 full-range cabinets (pictured), (2) Peavey Subcompact 118 Subwoofers, (2) Peavey DS-3003 full-range DJ cabinet (DJ version of an SP4), (4) Peavey 112M wedge floor monitors, and (5) QSC GX-5 stereo power amps. All info and specs on what we are selling should be readily available online. We will include speaker cables with your purchase. Proud to say that we operate a real photo booth. Our definition of that is a real photo booth that you walk inside and when you walk out a real picture is waiting for you to keep forever. Lesser quality booths are usually open air (no privacy, less fun) and only send a picture to your phone. In addition, we have the most awesome props collection anywhere. Finally, for weddings we include a deluxe memory book to hold an extra copy of each picture taken and has space above each picture slot for the guests to autograph.

Classic video games on giant video screens make a fun addition to grad parties. These screens are 5x7 feet picture size, which makes a 100" measurement from opposite corners. 2025 NE Ohio couples looking for a photo booth, we have a special rate of $700.00 for remaining open dates for this year; this applies to NE Ohio only please. We have an awesome, inflatable photo booth, operated by our professional staff, that you and your guests will love going inside to get your pictures taken. If you do not want the inflatable booth, we can do an open air booth with our white backdrop or use your own backdrop. We print high-quality 2x6 photo strips that are customized with your names and wedding date at the bottom. We also have a mix of hats, props, silly sunglasses, and inflatables for extra fun. Finally, a deluxe memory book is included for your guests to sign their personalized messages, and we will also give you a USB drive at the end of the night with all of the digital photo files. Yes, I was a DJ in the 1980's when we actually played records. Here is a funny story. It was the Summer of 1989 and I was on stage at the Richfield Community Day spinning records for the festival crowd. We were out there in the hot August sun and the records were warping on the turntables as we played them, to the point records were so damaged I had to end songs early. I grabbed some empty boxes to put on the turntables to help keep the direct sun off the discs and it seemed to work. That was one of the longest hours of my life. To make matters worse, we were billed in the local newspaper and posters at the festival as "The LV Sound Light Rock Band", so people kept coming up to me the entire time I was on stage either asking me where the band was or telling me to get off the stage so the band could go on. Now in the present day, myself, my son Adam, and our talented staff, provide all of the sound equipment for the Richfield Community Day including running the sound for the real bands that play there.
