We’re excited to welcome Emily to Our Lady of the Elms School as she begins her new role as Principal!

With more than 18 years of experience in K–12 education and over 8 years in educational leadership, Emily brings a wealth of experience and a passion for creating meaningful educational experiences for students.

Her background in instructional leadership, faculty development, curriculum, school culture, admissions, accreditation, and community engagement will be an incredible asset as we continue to strengthen the student experience and advance our mission of developing women leaders.

We’re so excited to have Emily as part of the Elms community and look forward to all that’s ahead!

Emily brings more than 18 years of K–12 education experience and more than eight years of educational leadership experience. Her background includes instructional leadership, curriculum development, faculty support, school culture, admissions, accreditation, and community engagement.

“I am honored to join the Elms and become part of a community with such a rich tradition of academic excellence, faith, and empowering young women,” Emily shared.

We look forward to welcoming Mrs. Benni and working alongside her as we prepare for the 2026–2027 academic year and begin the search for the School President.
