25 YEARS. One incredible legacy. Countless big dreams!! 💜 🌈
Today, we celebrate 25 years of Small Hands Big Dreams and Color Our Rainbow Academy.

But our story has never really been about a number.
It’s about the babies we’ve held, the children we’ve watched take their first steps, the little learners who discovered just how capable they are, and the graduates who still come back to visit (and some that come back to be teachers and parents, themselves!)

It’s about the families who trusted us with the people they love most. That is an honor and a feeling we will always treasure.

It’s about the teachers who turned classrooms into places of belonging, comfort, discovery, laughter, and love. We are so thankful for our amazing staff throughout all of the years who have left lasting positive impacts on our children and families.

It’s about the friendships, the hugs, the milestones, the hard days, the proud moments, the success stories — and thousands upon thousands of memories made along the way.

For 25 years, we have had the privilege of being part of childhood. Part of your village. And that is something we can never fully express our gratitude in words.

To every child, family, teacher, leader, and team member who has been part of this journey: you are part of our story. You are part of our legacy.
And to everyone who will walk through our doors in the years ahead…
we can't wait to meet you and be a part of your story!

23 Years with Ms. Allyson! That's right you read that right 23 years with our company!! We are about to celebrate our company's 25 year anniversary and Ms. Allyson has been with us on this amazing journey since the very beginning. She has seen it all, done it all, conquered it all 😉and continues to give her all in everything she does. Thank you for your amazing dedication and legacy with us!

We are one week away from celebrating our 25 YEAR ANNIVERSARY!!

For Gina, the heart of what we do is simple: see the potential in every child, give them a place where they can grow, and help build the confidence they’ll carry with them long after they leave our classrooms.

Over the past 25 years, thousands of little ones have walked through our doors — each with their own personality, possibilities, and very big dreams. 💜

They’re the reason this story began. And they’re still the reason we do it today.
