Our guest at The Birth Discussion tonight is Kaci Godbehere! Kaci is the owner of The Harth Mother, Lactation and Postpartum Services. She will be speaking on Nursing a Newborn. I know sooo many mommas on my friends list are doing this right now. So bring your little one and come gather all the good advice from Kaci tonight.

This is an in person meeting! We are building a community of support for mother.

We have snacks and drinks. Lots of good conversation. A scale to weigh baby. And so much support.

We meet at the St. Paul church of Christ in Navarre, Oh at 6pm. Look for our yard signs to know you’re at the right place. We meet in the church annex building behind the big white church. Please use the basement door beside the carport.

One of the most powerful things you can do as a woman is allow yourself to heal from birth trauma.

By shutting down that fear and pain and replacing it with knowledge and strength you change the conversation.

You tell yourself that you are strong and capable.

You tell the world that a broken medical system doesn't get to decide your future.

You tell your Daughters and Granddaughters that birth is normal and beautiful.

You take the sting of fear out of the equation for an entire generation.
