THE AID-IN-CASE
Our flagship product. Enables the treatment of multiple victims in a confined area. Sufficient for a moderately sized classroom.

THE AID-IN-CASE LITE
A light version of the Aid-in-Case providing a more compact and discreet solution. Able to treat multiple victims but lighter on inventory and checkbook alike.

THE AID-IN-CASE PLUS
A robust version of our product with multiple “go packs” inside. Able to provide inventory for multiple people providing treatment over a large, heavily occupied area.

Meet the team! React First is led by Eric Fledderjohann, CEO & Co-Founder, and Austin Wellock MD, FACEP, President & Co-Founder. Eric currently serves the community of Rocky River, Ohio as a Firefighter/Paramedic and Dr. Wellock serves as Medical Director and Vice Chair of Operations at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Northeast Ohio. Previously, Dr. Wellock served as a medical director and held leadership rolls at various healthcare systems Emergency Departments around Ohio.

Eric and Austin created React First to engage communities and teach educational professionals the basics in hemorrhage control training and first aid; training teachers to be the very first responders in the horrible situation of an active school shooter.

As parents and professionals, the team behind React First believes in a reactive method, in addition to supporting preventative methods, to any active shooter incident. React First aims to engage our communities, educational systems, and association leaders in supporting the movement to help our educational professionals learn the basics in hemorrhage control training and first aid.
