Oaks of Righteousness
Isaiah 61:1-3 NIV: They will be called Oaks of Righteousness for the display of His Glory.
Foretelling the deliverance of the Jews out of Babylon. Jesus himself, who read this in the synagogue at Nazareth (perhaps it was the lesson for the day) and applied it entirely to himself, saying, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears(Lu. 4:17, 18, 21)
2️⃣0️⃣1️⃣8️⃣ These Words were spoken over me the end of 2018.
2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ Now, 6 years later, I’m naming them and claiming them! They are a promise given to me.
The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on (Isaiah) me, (as a life coach)
because
the Lord has ANOINTED (Isaiah) me…….(given me the spiritual gifts…..knowledge, teaching with empathy, compassion, respect; in safety and confidentiality without judgement)
to PROCLAIM GOOD NEWS to the poor (women who have experienced traumatic events).
He has SENT (Isaiah) me……..(as I learned from my traumatic experiences to go out and help others)
to BIND UP (heal) the brokenhearted,
to PROCLAIM freedom (in self-discovery) for the captives
and
RELEASE from darkness (oppression, isolation, chaos) for the prisoners (women),
to PROCLAIM the year of the Lord’s FAVOR (freedom, connection, peace)
and
the day of VENGEANCE (justice) of our God,
to COMFORT ALL (show love, empathy and compassion) who mourn,
and
PROVIDE (safety, non-judgement, confidentiality and respect) for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them…..(their identity and inner strength)
a crown of BEAUTY instead of ashes,
the oil of JOY instead of mourning,
and
a garment of PRAISE instead of a spirit of despair.
They WILL BE called…..
OAKS of RIGHTEOUSNESS,
a PLANTING of the Lord
for the DISPLAY of his splendor (glory).
