On Saturday, March 20th, four Ainsworth High School students participated in the SWC Fine Art Festival Art Show that was held in Minden, Ne this year. This is the 1st SWC Fine Art Festival that Ainsworth has been able to participate in in the last 3 years, because of weather and the pandemic. The students took work to enter into the Art Show and participated in 2 workshops. One workshop was on landscape and pastels and the 2nd workshop was working with watercolors and taking a realistic photo and altering it to a more abstract or cartoon representation of the photo. The students also participated in a mural contest. The Ainsworth students that attended the Festival were: Danica Heinert, Kaitlynn Inbody, Mason Titus, and Ben Flynn.
