📸 Picture Proofs & Make-Up Picture Day

Picture proofs should be coming home with students today or tomorrow. If you would like to order, please mark the package you would like and place the exact payment (cash or check) in the provided proof envelope. No tax needs to be added. The office cannot make change.

This is the only proof we will receive. If you would like to pay by credit card, please contact Rick Milton Photography directly using the phone number listed at the top of the proof.

📚✨ Volunteers Needed for Our Upcoming Book Fair! ✨📚

We’re looking for volunteers to help make our Book Fair a success! There are several opportunities to lend a hand:

📖 Book Fair Preview Days — September 10 & 11
We need up to 3 volunteers in each block to help students browse the book selection and create their wish lists.

🛍️ Book Fair Shopping Days — September 14–17
We need up to 4 volunteers in each block to assist students as they shop and find their favorite books!

✅ Volunteer Requirements:

What a wonderful turnout for our first All Pro Dad meeting-over 360 participants! Our Millbrook families are simply amazing. A huge "Thanks" goes out to our amazing staff and community partners, Second Baptist Church. We can't wait to see everyone back on September 25th!

Mrs. Cook and Mrs. Abshire’s 5K class had so much fun exploring apples this week! We read a nonfiction text to learn all about apples, tasted different varieties to discover our favorites, and even sampled some delicious apple pie. 🥧

Our little learners also practiced their math skills by making tally marks to record how many friends liked apple pie and how many didn’t! 📊🍎

⚾️💙 Now THAT’S how you start a morning! 💙⚾️

A huge thank you to the USC Aiken Baseball Team for joining us in carline this morning! These guys came FULL of energy and brought exactly what we needed to get our Colts excited and ready for the day!

There’s nothing better than starting the morning with high fives and some Pacer energy! We are so thankful for our partnership with USC Aiken and for these athletes taking the time to pour into our students.

Thank you, Pacer Baseball! We loved having you at Millbrook!

We’re excited to kick off the school year with our first All Pro Dad meeting, sponsored by Second Baptist Church of Aiken, tomorrow, August 21st at 7:45 a.m.!

To help make check-in quick and easy:
• Please bring a photo ID.
• Have your child’s All Pro Dad (APD) card or carline number ready.
• Families are encouraged to arrive early, as our first meeting is typically the most attended!

👕 APD T-Shirts: Parents who ordered an All Pro Dad T-shirt may pick it up outside the Counselor’s Office during Open House tonight or at Friday morning’s APD meeting. Any remaining shirts will be sent home with students on Friday.

Also, don’t forget to bring your child’s All Pro Dad tag/card that was distributed at school! We can’t wait to see our Millbrook families there!

Another Wednesday, another morning full of HIGH FIVES! 🖐️💙

For the past couple of weeks, the South Aiken High School Swim Team has been joining us in carline to help welcome our Colts and start their day with lots of smiles and encouragement! We love having these student-athletes spend their mornings with us!

They have their first meet tonight, and we’re cheering them on! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️ We can’t wait to see all the success this season brings.
