Without reservation, we will bring to bear all our resources to educate each child who walks through our doors. 🍎✨ As August comes to a close, we can’t let it pass without celebrating our first Teacher of the Month of the 2026–2027 school year — the fabulous Mrs. Shannon Green!

💛 Mrs. Green, one of our amazing 5th grade teachers, brings so much heart, energy, and dedication to her classroom and the HCA Village.

We are incredibly lucky to have educators like Mrs. Green who show up each day ready to encourage their students, support their teammates, and make a difference.

We love seeing our Stallions shine outside the classroom, and this one is too good not to share! 💙

HCA 4th grader David Jackson, from Mrs. Lintner’s class, recently joined Jay Jefferies WFXG for “Weather with Jay” — and can we just say, David is a natural on TV! ⭐️

David has some BIG plans for his future — he wants to be a surgeon! 🩺

☁️ He chatted with Jay, helped with the weather forecast, and even made sure to give some on-air buddy shout-outs to Avery, Liam, and Bryant!

David, with over 1,000 Stallions in your corner, you’ve got a whole Village of buddies — and fans — cheering you on! We loved watching you shine and represent HCA! 🙌

Each month, we recognize students who stand out through their leadership, kindness, character, growth, perseverance, and the positive impact they make on those around them. These Stallions are already helping set the tone for an incredible year at HCA!

📣 Meet Your 2026–2027 HCA Board Nominees!

HCA Families, it’s almost time to vote! Our Board of Directors Election will be held digitally on Tuesday, September 15, and we’re excited to introduce this year’s nominees.

This year, three Board seats will be filled through the election, and one additional Board member will be appointed by Dr. Taylor.

Take some time to get to know each candidate and learn more about the experience, perspective, and vision they hope to bring to the HCA Board. 💙💛

Want to vote? Make sure you’re registered! Check the HCA App for the voter registration link.
❗️Just remember, voting is only for current HCA parents/guardians and staff members.
