We often ask others how they're doing. When was the last time you asked yourself the same question?

Checking in with your thoughts, feelings, and needs can help you better recognize stress, burnout, and when it may be time to seek support.

Take a free, confidential mental health screening: screening.mhanational.org.

We celebrated another successful Sorority year with a Paint and Dip event Saturday. We enjoyed painting, sisterly fellowship, and a variety of sweet and savory dips and refreshments.

Exercising the right to vote is one of the most meaningful ways we can participate in shaping our communities. Civic engagement is not just about showing up during election season. It is about remaining informed, involved, and committed to the issues that impact our families, neighborhoods, and future generations.

As women of action, we understand that our voices matter and our participation matters. If you are eligible to vote, take time today to make your voice heard.

Visit www.scvotes.gov for more information including:
✔️ Know your polling location.
✔️ Review your ballot.
✔️ Encourage others to participate in the democratic process.

Make your plan. Cast your vote. Encourage someone else to do the same.

Today, families worldwide have an empty seat at their dinner table because a family member made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our country’s freedom.

Their courage and dedication will never be forgotten. Today, we pause to reflect on their selflessness and the profound impact they've had on our nation, and their families who bear the burden of their absence 🕊️

Today, we wore green to observe Mental Health Awareness Month, a reminder that mental health matters.

This year, Mental Health America’s theme, "More Good Days, Together," encourages us to reflect on what a “good day” looks like for ourselves. A good day doesn’t have to mean perfect or productive. Sometimes it simply means feeling calm, supported, or making it through a tough moment.

More good days are possible, and we don’t have to navigate mental health alone. If you’ve been wondering how you’re really doing, start with a free, quick, and confidential mental health screening: screening.mhanational.org.
