🎃👻 SPOOKY TO BE HUNGRY IS IN FULL SWING! 👻🎃

Cans are trickling in and peanut butter jars are stacking up!

We are proud to be one of the top middle schools participating and to partner with Golden Harvest Food Bank to help fight hunger in our community!

There's just a little over ONE WEEK LEFT! We are collecting the following donations through Friday, October 23rd:

🥫 Canned goods
🥜 Peanut butter
🛒 Other nonperishable food items

PACKS benefit from this competition, too! From the most food donated to the best-decorated displays, every donation counts! Let's show what our Timberwolves can do when we work together for a great cause!

Our Tall Pines STEM Academy scarecrow is ready for the spotlight, and we need our Timberwolf pack to show up! 🐺💚

Once you open the Aiken Downtown Development Association post, find our scarecrow at #22 and cast your vote! Every bit of support helps, and we would love to see our TPSA families rally together!

🎃 WE’RE TEAMING UP WITH GOLDEN HARVEST FOOD BANK! 🎃

For those of you who are new to Tall Pines, let us tell you about one of our favorite traditions...... Spooky to Be Hungry! 👻

At Tall Pines, we believe being part of a PACK means taking care of more than just the people inside our school walls. It means taking care of our community, serving others, and making sure our neighbors have what they need.

So, every October, our six packs go head-to-head in a friendly competition to see who can make the BIGGEST impact for Golden Harvest Food Bank!

🥫 Bring in canned & non-perishable food items
💵 Monetary donations count, too!
🎃 Packs will compete for the most donations AND the best-decorated barrel!

HOW IT WORKS:

💚1 item = 1 point (Every item/dollar donated counts toward your pack’s total!)
💛Donations accepted through Friday, October 23rd.
💚Please make sure all donated food is unexpired.
💛PEANUT BUTTER IS A FAN FAVORITE! It’s a healthy source of protein and a highly requested donation item.

Have family and friends who live out of town? They can still join the Pack competition! Each pack that has signed up has its very own QR code ready to go..... every dollar donated through your pack's virtual drive counts toward that pack's total!

🪄 QR CODE TIP: Trying to scan a QR code while you’re already using your phone? No problem!

👉 Open the saved photo
👉 Press and hold on the QR code
👉 Your phone should recognize it and open the link!

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
