Great time catching up with old friends and meeting new ones yesterday at The Goodwill Tournament. Congratulations to all competitors that entered in all events.

Special shout out and congrats to for deciding to compete in all three events last minute. Your skill, interpretation, and application of Casag was showcased in and out if the ring, an example of the school's Credo!

Blessed & honored to have great FMA family that trains and support one another in and out of the Tahana! It showed yesterday and we were even presented with "Most Supportive" school by G**o Eric Padilla from Hawaii Fililino Martial Arts School.

Annual gravesite visit to Batikan and Manoy. Today is Batikan's 35th passing anniversay to the day. July 19, 1990.

We also had to largest group of students get promoted to Caraboa level. They all trained hard and is well deserved. Congratulations Richard, Ned, Lawrence, Chris, Grace, Luna, and Camille!
