Mari Rubio, Childbirth Educator

Mari Rubio, Childbirth Educator Learn to tap into your natural birthing instincts to experience a calmer, safer, gentler birth!! The birthing body and the baby know just what to do.

HypnoBirthing is a simple, straightforward program, thoughtfully developed over the years to remind mothers of the simplicity of birth itself. Just as the majority of birthing women do not need interventions and procedures for safe and healthy birth, they do not need a complex set of exercises and scripts to prepare themselves for peaceful, calm and comfortable birthing. HypnoBirthing is designed

to teach women to trust in Nature's way of birth and to relax and let their bodies do what is needed. By practicing a few key techniques, mothers program their minds and condition their bodies to birth easily. When it comes to programming and conditioning, variety is not necessarily a good thing. Repetition is what gets the best result.

Can the way a child is birthed make a difference in their temperament???

This article says, that it can and does. Basically, it says…

"Babies who experienced the calm of HypnoBirthing in the womb and during their birth were more likely described as calm, content and happy as both babies and older children. The HypnoBirthed babies were also more likely to be to be good sleepers, as well as easy and alert babies. Check out the article for study findings…

Just the other day, out of the blue, my five year old daughter lifted her shirt revealing her chest and tummy and asked, "where did that string go that was here on my tummy when I was a baby? I just don't know where it went." It's incredible to think that babies remember things from their time in the womb…these types of stories are retold all the time by little ones…. take a look at the informal survey results where others share their stories...

The power of gentle, loving touch...

The Rescuing Hug

This is an amazing story of twin baby girls. One baby was not expected to live. A hospital nurse fought to put them in the same incubator. The stronger baby wrapped her arm around her sister, and her touch allowed the struggling baby's heart to stabilize and her temperature to return to normal.
