Yesterday, our students gathered for an FCA breakfast and devotion led by Pastor John Porter. Thank you to Pastor Porter for sharing his message and to everyone who attended and helped provide breakfast. We are grateful for the opportunity to come together in fellowship, faith, and encouragement!

Our annual Fall Festival is NEXT FRIDAY, October 23rd, from 6-8 p.m. in Revelle Gymnasium.

We cannot wait to have our Ram Family join us for this year's Fall Festival. Community members are welcome, so bring a guest! The Fall Festival is a fun, family-friendly event with activities for all ages, including games, prizes, a haunted house, and more.

The Junior Class is responsible for organizing the event, including setup, and we are still looking for volunteers to help with:

Games: Families to help operate games throughout the evening. Prizes will be provided!

Cake Walk Donations: Cakes, half-dozen cupcakes, cake pops by the half-dozen, a dozen decorated cookies, pies, cookie cakes, sweet breads, etc., for our infamous cake walk.

Fall Games: If you have a fun fall-themed game or activity we could borrow, please let us know.

This year, Hwy 55 will be on-site providing concessions, so bring the family, grab some food, and enjoy the evening together!

Guests will purchase tickets to participate in the games and activities, with proceeds benefiting the junior class as they fundraise for prom 2027!

At tonight’s final home game, Ridgecroft Athletics announced that the school intends to field a varsity football team next year, led by Head Coach Josh Roberts!

What an incredible inaugural season for our JV Rams! Thank you to our players, coaches, families, and fans who helped make this first season one to remember. The foundation has been laid, and we’re excited to see what’s ahead for Ridgecroft Football!

Congrats to our Middle School volleyball team on defeating Lawrence Academy 2-1 to win the TIC championship today!

They completed a historic season going undefeated in conference play and sweeping through the TIC tournament. Way to go Rams!

Ridgecroft Athletic Director Garrett Grady is pleased to announce Dr. Darick Bryant as the new Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach, Rob Woodard as Middle School Boys Basketball Coach, and Jeremy Brittenham as Middle School Girls Basketball Coach.

Dr. Darick Bryant | JV Boys Basketball

Dr. Bryant brings basketball coaching experience and more than 20 years of professional leadership experience to Ridgecroft. His coaching background includes serving as an assistant coach for the Hertford County High School varsity girls basketball team, head coach of the Conway Middle School girls basketball team, and leader of a travel AAU basketball program. He has also volunteered extensively with boys and girls basketball through the Ahoskie Recreation Department.

Dr. Bryant’s coaching philosophy connects athletic development with the life skills needed for long-term success. Grounded in servant leadership, he emphasizes character, accountability, discipline, confidence, and teamwork. His goal is to help student-athletes recognize their potential, take responsibility for one another, and contribute to a shared purpose.

Rob Woodard | Middle School Boys Basketball

We are excited to welcome back Coach Woodard to our middle school boys basketball program as he helps develop our young Rams both on and off the court.

Jeremy Brittenham | Middle School Girls Basketball

We are also pleased to welcome back Coach Brittenham to our middle school girls basketball program as he works to build skills, confidence, and teamwork among our student-athletes.

We look forward to an exciting season as our Rams continue to grow, compete, and represent Ridgecroft with pride.
