In working towards our goals, we may find that we have to change our behavior, sometimes in ways that we didn’t originally imagine. We don’t have to change who we are in order to pursue our dreams, but when we engage in habits or behaviors that don’t align with where we want to be, it can be helpful to re-evaluate our actions and decide how we want to move forward. Changing nothing is often a lot more comfortable than trying something new, but it also generally leaves us in the same place we were before. In order to create transformation in our lives, we have to push past our discomfort and start doing things differently.
