While CA public schools have eliminated consideration of standardized testing scores in admissions decision, Cal Tech is evaluating possibly doing the same, MIT has said they will be re-instating SAT/ACT requirements. Read on -

California State Universities (CSUs), the largest 4-year higher education system in the US, will not be requiring SAT or ACT going forward. They join the University of California (UC), who made this decision last year.
