Message from Finder: This poor girl was wet from today's storms and very scared. Found her walking on the side of the road crying at 2am July 18th. I got her to come to me twice but when I tried to pick her up she just got scared. The 2nd time I tried scruffing her but she got away. Help her find her home!

Description: All BLACK with ONE FRONT LEG WHITE WITH PINK COLLAR.
1-3 months old. Crying and scared. SEEMS FRIENDLY.
