Mesnier SAIL & Enrichment wants to thank all the families and community members who came out to our Save-the-Earth Arcade! We were able to raise nearly $700 to clean up the oceans! Awesome job, everyone!!

Thanks to the collaboration of Mrs. Yahl's 2nd grade class and ELL teacher Mrs. Dahlia, Mesnier collected over $2000 to donate to the International Institute of St. Louis to help with laundry expenses. That is over 8,000 quarters collected!

Mesnier Maker Space is participating in the 1,000 heart project. They're trying to make 1,000 hearts collectively during the year. The hearts can be given to friends feeling a little sad, if you need a little pick-me up for yourself, or just to let someone know you thought of them that day. As of October 8th they have created nearly 400 hearts!!!!

Keep your eyes open for these 2nd graders kindness rocks! Mrs. Thomas' class painted rocks with positive messages to uplift and inspire people around Affton!

Kindergartener's in Mrs. Dedert's class each made a cactus using green hearts for Valentine's Day. The cactus represents endurance, tenacity and strength in the face of adversity, as well as warmth, protection, and motherly love. Sounds like a perfect way to show someone you care!
