A Message to My Fired-Up Nutrition Family ❤️

For the past 4.75 years, I've worked extremely hard to keep my prices the same, even as the cost of the premium ingredients has continued to rise. I've absorbed those increases for as long as I possibly could because I know every dollar matters. Unfortunately, I've reached a point where I can no longer do that without compromising the quality you've come to expect—and that's something I'm not willing to do.

It's not just the ingredients that have increased in price. The packaging materials I use to carefully prepare every order—the pouches, labels, seals, cups, straws, and shipping—have all gone up as well. Like many small businesses, I've felt rising costs across every part of the process, and just kind of dealt with it. I refuse to cut corners. I won't swap out ingredients for cheaper alternatives or sacrifice the quality that makes my drinks what they are. You deserve the very best every single time you order.

Beginning October 20th my prices will be increasing. I wanted to give you guys ample notice so you aren't blindsided by the change.

My goal has always been to provide something that's not only delicious, but also offers real value through its size and functional ingredients—not just another sugary drink. But also, not just another big name company who couldn't care less about your support or helping the community.

This is my first price increase since opening my doors almost 5 years ago, and I truly appreciate your understanding. Your support has allowed this small business to grow, and I'm incredibly grateful for every order, every share, every recommendation, and every encouraging word. Thank you for believing in me and for continuing to choose the quality drinks and shakes I love making. I promise to keep delivering the products you know and love with the same sarcastic attitude and weirdness I've had since day one.

Here is your 1 week notice of some hour changes and staffing changes.
Next Thursday I'm here 6a-8a for the morning rush, then im headed out of town for the night. Mom will be in here Friday so make sure you come see her! She misses all of your faces! Saturday I'm in a wedding and Jessica will be at the shop all day. Sunday I will be back for regularly scheduled program & we will launch the October menu on Sunday the 4th!

Vinted is the new craze in buying and selling online, and the shipping isn't always as traditional as USPS or FedEx. Fired-Up Nutrition is now a drop off point for all your Vinted packages you need to ship through SpeedX. Drop off or pick up a package anytime during regular business hours!

Hey friends! Another early notice of hour change this week.
Friday I will be open 6a-8a only. I'm leaving for another overnight, but this time I can open a few hours before we hit the road! I will stay closed on Saturday though. In years past business is so incredibly bad on Affton Parade days because of the road closures that there is no point in opening.

Make sure you snag extras on Thursday or those few hours Friday. Mom will be open in Fenton both days regular hours.

Hey friends!!! This is your week notice that the shop will be closed on Thursday September 10th. Make sure to grab and extra item for the fridge or freezer Tuesday or Wednesday. Mom will be at Affton on Friday, so make sure you stop in and visit her! Jessica will open on Saturday and I'll be back by 9:30/10am on Saturday the 12th!
