Our Outstanding citizen at the board meeting tonight was 1st grader Griffin Tatum!

Griffin was chosen as our Outstanding Citizen because he consistently shows what it means to be a hardworking, caring, and helpful student. He comes to school ready to learn, works hard even when something is challenging, and takes pride in doing his very best. Griffin is always willing to help a classmate who may need an extra hand, and he is quick to notice when someone could use a little kindness. He listens carefully, follows directions, and makes thoughtful choices throughout the school day. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and caring heart make him such a wonderful role model for our class. He demonstrates productivity in his daily schoolwork. For all of these reasons he is Alexander's Outstanding Citizen for October.
