Housing Case Manager
Position Summary – Part time, 35 hours per week with limited benefit
The Housing Case Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
 Transitional Housing program – intake, referral and case management of homeless families, housing assessment and goal setting, inspection and oversight of facilities, and assisting with donations and community relations
for program.
 Housing First program – intake, referral and case management of households on the brink of homelessness including landlord mediation, tenant education, and rent or mortgage assistance to prevent
homelessness.
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree in human services and/or who have at least 3 years experience working with low-income people in housing crisis are
encouraged to apply.
Preference will be given to those who have extensive knowledge of Lenawee County resources, attention to detail, Spanish speaking skills, and data entry and
federal/state document completion experience.
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of insurance is required.
