Public Hearing
August 17, 2026 at 6:00 P.M.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the School Board of Adrian’s I.S.D. #511 will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. to consider independent tax abatement request from Christopher & Dawn Hodapp pursuant to Minnesota Statute 469.1813 and 116J.993 through 116J.995. The request is to abate 100% of the District’s portion of newly-generated, real estate taxes, related to new residential home construction on the subject’s property for a period of 5 years; as defined in the Nobles Home Initiative guidelines. The subject property is located at Section 33, Larkin Township, Adrian, MN, Parcel Number 09-0179-000.

The public hearing will be held during the regular session meeting of the I.S.D #511 Board Meeting; which is located in the Adrian District Office Conference Room, Adrian High School at 410 Indiana Avenue, Adrian, MN 56110. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those unable to attend are invited to send written comments, prior to the hearing, to: ISD #511, PO Box 40, Adrian, MN 56110

Reminder - July 8th at 10 AM is a special presentation at the elementary by the Blue Mound State Park on The Secret Life of Bats (brought to us by the Adrian Branch Library!)

If you join us, park in the newly refinished East side parking lot. There are construction things on the west side with the city’s sidewalk improvements.
