A year ago, it seemed like a simple challenge:
✨ Stretch every day.
✨ Take a photo.
✨ Write it down.
Kendall committed to it every single day—even on vacation and during competition weekends.
Today, she has achieved full splits on both sides! 🎉
This transformation is proof that small, consistent efforts lead to incredible results. We're so proud of her dedication and determination. She's gained more than flexibility—she's gained confidence, strength, and the belief that she can accomplish hard things. Amazing job Kendall!
