Creative Arts Academy……Today we read The After Christmas Tree and made bagel bird feeders to hang in the tree in our back courtyard to continue a season of “giving”. Everyone is happy to be back at school!

Creative Arts Academy. Busy morning! The sound of Ii, painting Christmas trees, holiday stories, and the kindergarteners created some reindeer!

Creative Arts Academy….today we learned about the Wampanoag and Pilgrims, fine motor work cutting turkey feathers, and experiencing the drums during Music Together.

On Wednesday we focused on our Heart Work lesson. We learned about families and how they could be different or the same. We made a family wall, so we could see a picture of our family any time we are at school!

Reverse table painting was an amazing art experience for our students. You paint on the tabletop, press your paper over the painted area, and voila….the painting is transferred to the paper!

Science today! To end our unit about Air, Land, and Water, we discussed the lifecycle of a pumpkin! We will sample the baked pumpkin seeds next week! During Music Together we let our light shine singing This Little Light of Mine!
