Meet Jono Watson, instructor at Addison South.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Jono is currently preparing for his ATP knowledge test as he works toward flying for a major airline with a west coast base.

What stands out most in his role is the connection he builds with his students. Training goes beyond the aircraft, it is about trust, communication, and guiding each student through their own path.

That same sense of connection carries into the instructor team, where a strong culture makes every day at American Flyers something to be proud of.
