What a weekend with supporting our amazing client Trevor Jones at his annual fundraiser that supports Trevor and his family yearly with his continued recovery with his . I brought out my and to join myself and my buddy Mark Espi to represent !!!!

I literally had the most fun playing wolf creek in and oakwood in . Yesterday I shot my best round ever. A true 90. Best I ever hit the ball and it was brutally hot. 98 with little breeze and wind. Everyone didn’t let it stop us fighting for Trevor just as he never stops with his fight.

This event has turned into a event I will be a part of as much as possible in the future. I truly enjoy my time here with amazing people and love out this way. I even found a home id love to own right next to Wolf Creek 😀!!!!

For today; I start 4 days of intensives here in before heading back home to !!! Stay tuned for more stories each day as I highlight my clients successes and milestones.

is truly growing into a global brand. This was my goal from day one. My wife .bachik_methods has grown our online community and mentorship masterclasses. My 16 year Laura Davis has filled for CEU’s for all to start learning our ways while receiving their CEUs.

Time is now. We have put a massive sale out. I encourage you to check that out and then reach out about our upcoming mentorship.

Another Saturday in the books with my man Spencer Dinwiddie in !!!!

Spencer is going into 12 years of playing in the for the !!! Over his time in the ; injuries will come and go when you’re playing against the best of the best weekly.

After 3 sessions so far with me; Spencer now understands why his brain prioritized movement that resulted in his past !!!! His pattern was still the same after surgery in 2021 to fix his knee. Understanding that the brain and fascial system hold our skeletal system 3 dimensionally and dictate breath and movement first before anything else.

These two priorities are vital. If we dont breathe optimally; we use our abs, chest, neck and face muscles to do so. This then makes us an apical chest breathe which is driving tone. If we cant do that as a secondary compensator for oxygen; then we will die. Secondly; saggital plane hip flexion is the movement priority for the brain. It will sacrifice anything to do so.

After showing Spencer this on the table, I got him off the table today to show how something so simple can change things. In the first video; this was Spencer after his activations and breath works that we do. I didn’t film our baseline of me pushing him across the gym when he started to sing my favorite song Twinkle twinkle little star. I then showed him a strategy to try and the re test was him destroying me. The video showing was after both of those and now hes just throwing me around. But literally 20 minutes before that I could control him around the gym.

I say all this because what we dont know we dont know. Today Spencer learned, saw and felt things that he has never had done or felt in his time in the league.

This work is different and its meant to compliment all of his other work and work he does with his coaches and trainers. Everyone is doing their part. Im adding in the software, neurology to the plan so that his physiology is positively affected by his neurology.

I want to welcome my man Spencer Dinwiddie 10+ year with the getting in that work with myself in !!!!

Spencer came in with our Joey Bergles to get started with his offseason work. As they Joey his program; He felt it was a good idea to add nervous system work with his strength work so that both the and are both being updated for the upcoming season.

Many only know me as work with , but I started in the game as a at Webber, Baylor and Missouri. As time has passed, Ive taken this work back to those who believe in it no matter their level of sport or performance.

welcomes our man Spencer and Ill show his testimonies to this work more down the road. In the meantime; welcome to the family brother !!!!

Im excited to announce our newest piece of equipment called the Barihab XKS therapy table to help us maximize efforts with our in !!!

This table allows us trainers and therapist to assist and support clients with minimal to maximal support if needed all while allowing the client to be engaged and the trainer free to add whatever is needed to help the client succeed with the exercise or modality.

This table has a 1000 lb capacity limit and does so much in developmental patterns, to standing of clients, to walking with parallel bars.

We will be adding a second table in the near future to help make life easier to everyone. Clients are in love with it. Trainers are in love with it.

Combining our products with this is a game changer. Being able to do our activations standing is also a game changer.

I have added a few videos of some work this week with my clients. Both are that are 6 feet 3 and taller. The table allows so much more for all of us.

Were always growing and adding whatever is necessary for the best outcomes possible for our clients. I would have to say Im so glad this was added recently.

One of the best pieces of equipment I have used in a while that allows all levels of injuries to be successful.

I want to welcome my man Calvin Cheyne (C-Level and ). Calvin, his fiancée, and his sister has come all the way from to train with me and my team in !!!

These 2 videos posted are from yesterday and today. On Calvins second day; We learned he could walk assisted with me. There is a bunch to work on to clean that up but holy cow. Having that 10 months post injury is insane. Secondly; the standing video is from today. All to say my man has what it takes to punch these injuries in the face.

Having 3 months working 3 hours every day is going to be game changing for my pal. I learned pal is what they say in Scotland 😀!!! So I wanted to throw that in there.

Stay tuned for more and this Texas boy and my pal from Scotland take over together.

Last night was awesome to host our first two mentee’s through our 12 week !!!

Our newly hired Laura Davis in from and my guy Matthew Barrack in from !!!

After finishing their 12 weeks. We invite our mentees to visit us in Dallas and spend time with us at our own home and our facility for a few days. This is where they get to go through a full activation series by me. Since everything is done virtually; I felt this is the best way to close the loop of information taught !!!

I put Matt’s last two videos of his feedback after going through a testing sequence to learn his patterns priorities as well as a full zone 1 reset which changed the game completely.

Not many know this work. This work originated by my mentor and good friend Douglas Heel. Douglas has taught many around the world his Be Activated work. I decided to make this work my priority for myself and others trying to find their orientation point in and .

Id say there are less than 10 people Doug would stamp for the work I do with HIS creation. When Doug is in America; usually he is with me 24/7 while Im in training with him 24/7. I allowed him to teach me whatever he wants and after many many years of hard work, doing the work, and always pitching up; I become part of his very small circle.

I say all this because; Many see the work and write it off because it looks weird, quirky, gimmicky, or whatever else people wanna call it. Really; the work is giving the individual their own power back with daily self work of 10 minutes while understanding strategies to stay optimal and parasympathetic while doing whatever that person does.

I will be posting more and more on this because its time. The game of baseball is starting to get a dose of this. I will be getting with .athletics to get pre-baseline data batting and throwing; then do the activations, resets and whatever else is needed; following up with post-test data from the baseline. We will let the data and clients speak for it.

Happy Mother’s day to my mom who I put through the ringer and back 100s of times growing up. Happy Mother’s day to the love of my life who puts up with me as well.

My mom Cathi; took care of my brother Brandon and myself without any help from our dad. She lost it all after my dad left us and she persevered and conquer all the obstacles and demons that came her way. She found a way to put us both through private schools and make sure we had everything we needed.

My amazing wife and best mother ever Kendell .bachik_methods is literally the BEST thing to happened to me. She is my rock and my orientation point. She is literally the mom of moms with our kiddos. We are so blessed.

Thank you to both of you ladies and Happy Mother’s Day !!!

Its that time of year for my man Lash Henderson (Top 10 prospects in US c/o 27) out of !!!

Monday is the game against which I will be attending to support my guy. Lash, his parents and his professional team around him have brought me in to handle all his with the work I do. I call it !!!

The brain is the ultimate commander of our system. The brains 2 main jobs in its simplest of forms is to:
1️⃣ Breathe (Diaphragm is priority and what we want over secondary breathing muscles)
2️⃣ Movement (Saggital-hip flexion is priority, then frontal and transverse)

For the videos posted. You are seeing a pre-test baseline of prone single leg hip extension on both sides. On Lash’s right leg; his baseline was strong. On his left side it was able to hold and operate fine but not optimal at all. Once it had a load to it; it completely gave out.

After our activations and reinforcement of breath; the post-test on both legs were insanely different. With seeing this in real time; Imagine training his system pre-test baseline vs Post-testing baselines.

This work should be in every big time players arsenal with their team. I look at it this way. Once this system is activated; Imagine locking in a or .

Getting Lash’s system in an optimal state of coherence will allow him to stay at the plate and on the field. His system will be flowing thru proper sequencing to allow Lash to do what Lash does !!!!

All I know is; This 16 year old is 6’6 215 lbs and still growing. He makes me look like a midget !!!!

Im proud to be with Lash and be able to see him play live when I can. This summer I will travel with him for a bit as he is playing in showcase after showcase tourneys for college and pro scouts !!!!

Go get the W Monday brother !!!!

What a week !!! This one was a challenging one for myself !!! All is good though and today was a great end to walk it off this week !!!

Heres a few pics from today in !!! In these pictures are players coaches, physical therapist and one hell of a english lab named Luka !!!

My dream of building a facility that serves all levels of individuals no matter their goals towards health, rehab, recovery, performance is taking place right in front of my eyes.

The people that make the facility of BACHIK METHODS are my team .activate .bachik_methods in the neurorehab space. Our performance and S&C coaches and .carey22 . Our chiropractors . Our golf pro and owner of inside our walls.

We all work together and collaborate for our clients to make sure they get whatever they need.

After this tough week; reflecting as I write these very words reminds me of what I have done !!!! This isn’t meant to be an egotistical post either. It’s meant to be a reflection of my hard work and success along with my team and peers mentioned.

Everyone enjoy your weekend and Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms out there.
