Celebrate with us during the inaugural Ayers Scholars Alumni Week! An Ayers Alumni is any graduate who benefited from Ayers Foundation services through financial aid assistance, advising, or postsecondary guidance.

We’re also excited to announce that Torchbearer Award nominations open TODAY and will close on July 31st. The Jim Ayers Torchbearer Award honors alumni who are making a lasting impact in the rural Tennessee communities they call home through leadership, service, entrepreneurship, and community engagement.

This award celebrates those who continue Jim Ayers’ legacy by using education to light the way for others and transform rural communities one student at a time.

Today was a special day as we celebrated our 2026 seniors on Signing Day!

Thank you to everyone who came out to support, encourage, and celebrate these students as they take their next steps—whether that’s college, TCAT, the workforce, or beyond. Your presence meant more than you know.

To our seniors: this moment is just the beginning. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, dedication, and decisions that brought you here. It has been an honor to walk alongside you during this important season of your lives.

And a special thank you to all the families, staff, and supporters who helped make today unforgettable. It truly takes a village, and today was a beautiful reflection of that.

Congratulations to Matt Dooley on his Official Football Campus Visit to Bethel University in McKenzie, TN! This visit marks an exciting step in Matt’s athletic and academic journey as he continues to pursue opportunities at the next level.

Proud of Matt for his hard work, dedication, and commitment both on and off the field!

These blue forms were sent home yesterday for the Juniors. These are super important for them and their Senior year. Please make sure they get these back to us ASAP! There will be a drawing tomorrow morning and then another one next week for winners who turned their form in. We are excited to work with them!

WOW — what an incredible day at Austin Peay State University! 🎉🔥 Our students from Adamsville showed up excited, curious, and ready to explore every opportunity APSU has to offer. From the academic programs to the welcoming atmosphere, this campus absolutely delivered!

The Ayers Foundation is truly blessed to be able to take our students to such amazing campuses and open doors to their future. Seeing their eyes light up, hearing their questions, and watching them imagine what’s possible — that’s what it’s all about. ❤️

Today was an incredible day for our students!
The Ayers Foundation took a group to the University of Memphis at Lambuth, and they were able to experience so much of what campus life has to offer. We toured the Doctor of Physical Therapy program, explored the Nursing Department, and even got a firsthand look at the living spaces and dining areas where students can call home.

Opportunities like this open our students’ eyes to their future and help them see what’s possible. The Ayers Foundation is proud to walk alongside them as they discover their passions and plan their next steps. 💙🐾

Great day at UofM Lambuth!

🎓🍊 What a day on Rocky Top! 🍊🎓

The Ayers Foundation had an incredible day taking our students to The University of Tennessee at Knoxville! UT absolutely showed out — the tour was amazing, the atmosphere was electric, and our students got a real taste of life as a Vol!

They explored the campus, learned about the wide variety of academic programs, and even got to see the dorms they could one day call home.

It was truly a great experience on Rocky Top today! 🧡💫
